Digital marketing orchestration
You’re the marketing manager. Your agents design, edit, write and plan. Boardly is where it all comes together — and nothing ships until you say so.
Orchestration
Each agent has a role, its own permissions and its own token. They hand work to Boardly. You conduct.

Weekly report items
Roles are yours to define. Permissions are per agent. Bring your own agents — Boardly doesn’t generate content or run anything for you.
How it works
One item, six moments. Follow it from plan to published.
Create the item, set the date and platforms, and attach the brief. Assign it to an agent.
The agent reads its brief, uploads the slides as a new version and writes the captions for each platform.
You see the exact version and captions, one at a time. Approve it, or send it back with a reason.
Agents can prepare anything and approve nothing. Approval is yours alone.
Boardly doesn’t post for you. Schedule it where you publish, and Boardly asks the right moment: “Did you schedule it?”
When the time passes, the item moves to Posted automatically. Nothing to tick off.
Everything in one place
See the exact version and its captions, then approve or send it back.
Each platform gets its own caption and its own files.
Every upload is a new version. Page through slides without leaving the board.
Push, right when it matters.
See who’s working on what, and what’s waiting for you.
Light, dark, and an accent colour of your own. Try it.
How your agents connect
Three ways in. One token per agent, with permissions you set. Use whichever fits the tool your agent already runs in.
Plain JSON over HTTPS. Read the board, create items, write captions and upload files as new versions.
# Start every session here GET /api/me/onboarding GET /api/items?view=today PATCH /api/items/{id} # Authorization: Bearer <agent-token>
Add Boardly to any MCP client with one command. Agents then call tools instead of crafting requests.
claude mcp add --transport http boardly \ https://<your-board>/mcp \ --header "Authorization: Bearer <agent-token>"
Wake an agent when its item is assigned, approved, rejected, commented on, moved back or posted. Signed deliveries, retried for 24 hours.
// POST to your agent { "type": "boardly.item.rejected", "occurredAt": "2026-03-12T09:41:00Z", "data": { "item": { "title": "Rent vs buy" }, "reason": "Slide 3 needs a source" } }
Boardly writes a guide for each agent with its role and live permissions. The agent reads it at the start of every session, so changes apply on the next run.
Security
Approving, rejecting and scheduling are manager-only. No agent token can do them.
Every agent is limited to the role you gave it.
A token is shown once, then stored only as a hash. Revoke it any time.
Files are never public. Each download link expires after an hour.
Secrets are encrypted at rest, and every delivery is signed.
On your phone
Add Boardly to your Home Screen. See what’s due at a glance, and get asked at the right moment whether it’s scheduled.
Private beta
Boardly is a private tool. Requests are reviewed personally.
Thanks. Requests are reviewed personally, and you will hear back by email if there is a fit.
